Your Kundalini Yoga Session

Your Kundalini Yoga session is typically 60 to 75 minutes long.

It includes four components: breathing, postures, relaxation and meditation.

Since 1997 I have taught over 2000 classes. to people in able bodies, quadriplegics, paraplegics, from children through to seniors, one on one, in groups as well as special events.

Your session is tailored to address your specific areas of interest.
